Paytm — Order cancel without any reason

I have ordered a panasonic trimmer via paytm . i made full payment. without reason they cancelled my order . i made all requriments from paytm. now i wanna be complete my order
My order has been cancelled giving me me unknown reasons against my wish . I ordered my product and made relevant payments but the same has been cancelled and i got a mail of cancellation today.
I am a regular customer of paytm .
I need this product paytm with the same price in which i have ordered. If they have some mistake in showing why they accept the order, this is not a customer fault if a customer has ordered you needs to be provide that one and you can't cancelled anyone of the customer product. if you want to say this product is out of stock
