Hi Sir,
I had placed an order on Paytm, Order No.[protected]. My order was Invoiced and packed from the seller. It was ready to be shipped, but after 3 days, my order was cancelled mentioning that the product is unavailable with the seller. Also, my money was added into so called Paytm wallet. When I wrote to them (Paytm Care), they gave me the same excuse ( product is not available with the seller). If the order was not available, how it was invoiced and packed. I have all the screen shots where it is clearly mentioned that the product is about to be dispatched. This is not acceptable at all. please help me.
