[Resolved] Paytm — Order cancelled by after 3 days Seller and Refund is not processed in bank after 22 days for Order ID [protected] | |||||
Order is cancelled but refund is not done by paytm of Rs 37015.Customer care is so irresponsible giving time 2 to 3 days every time but no solution is there.Every time asks bank statement that I already shared.Every time very poor response.No one use that website for shopping.Because it is not customer oriented. Oct 24, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved The company is asking for bank statement after 10 days and I email the bank statement to care.paytm.com.After 6 days on 16 oct they said that your refund is processed but it is not reflect in bank account.When I call them on 23 oct they asks me again for bank statement up to 23 oct.I email once again bank statement.But no action is taken from their side.They are giving 24 to 72 hours time to resolve this but nothing happens and after long wait.When I asks for transaction ID they are giving Oct 1 transaction ID and says no refund is processed on 16 oct.They never keep their words.The deducted amount is Rs 37015 and I am suffering to get that refund since 24 days.Please help me | |||||
