Paytm — Order cancelled with our knowledge and the payment also taken

My friend used his account to place an order for some products yesterday and i used my credit card for the same. Both the orders have been cancelled saying payment unsuccessful, however i have confirmed from my bank that both the payments are successful . Today when we checked the same products are sold out or the prices have gone up. Also my friend had some cash earned in his account and without he using his account someone tried to recharge from the cash back accumulated. We changed the password of our account and after sometime we see again someone tried to use the cash back for recharge. When we called Paytm to complaint about the order being cancelled when payment is taken, they have denied and blaming us that we have cancelled the order and telling us to wait for 3 to 10 days for the payment to come back. I work for an international BPO where we also provide loyalty rewards points to our guest, so it clearly states that the person who has access to the customer insight can do such malpractice, so has to be one of the employees.
