Paytm — Order i delayed with fake reason.

[protected] this order is delayed from 7 days and then i got cancelled. And then i give another item order no. [protected] there is also delayed from last 5 days and again late for 2 days. paytm say weather problem in tamilnadu. But my seller is Delhi and it can't be shipped I can suggest to paytm to send shipment wia air parcel, i have many shipment is received via air. but this time not why? it can be late 7 days or much more to ship every order.why? i think this time paytm not care the customers, because paytm earn much more and many customers world wide.
