This is regarding the ORDER NO.[protected] which was placed on 2nd Nov 2014 for TataSky recharge.
I recharged Tatasky for amount Rs. 780 and it was successful from Paytm website.
I got an email as well stating that the recharge was successful. Tatasky box was turned on while doing the recharge.
I waited for a couple of days and still Tatasky did not show the updated amount. I called Tatasky and gave them the reference number. They confirmed that recharge was never processed. I emailed Paytm support and got an email after a couple of days that due to some technical issues, recharge was not done and now they have processed the recharge again and it is successful. Again, I waited for 2 - 3 days and nothing happened. I emailed Paytm support again and they refunded the amount to Cash Wallet. I requested to transfer the amount to my Bank account and it was initiated. It's been a week now and I have sent numerous emails to Paytm support regarding the same query but have never received any response from them. Really frustrated with the kind of support they are providing. Was this information helpful? |
