Paytm — Order No.[protected] dated 11.4.2015 yet ot be shipped

Even after 9 days of booking the above order, Seller of Paytm is yet to acknowledge the order and ship the same. What type of service is this? Even after calling numerous times, their help line number is totally out of this world. Nobody will ever get to c connect the customer care representative through the system. Raised complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] through [protected]@paytm.com. Even after 5 days have been passed raising the 1st complain, nobody bothered to contact. It seems that, they are busy with marketing rather than providing service to customers.
