Paytm — Order number[protected]: Cash back delay

Will anyone address the status of my cash back since it is too much delayed since the delivery, Customer care executives are continuously replying that the cash back will be added to my wallet but since many days no action taken from the PATYM Customer care, such a pathetic service i have getting into with . Guys do not shop for more value on paytm some instances they will swallow your money, even if they target 1% of the customers they will be filling up there pockets, Think before you go for heavy amount transactions.
