Paytm — Ordered 4 burner gas stove and receiver wrong product and initiated for reverse pickup | |||
Hi all, i ordered 4 burner gas stove from paytm, received wrong product and initiated for reverse pickup.I got an email from paytm stating that they dont have reverse pickup from their end and asking me to that from my end and for courier charges they offered max of rs 200/-. Im damn busy in my profession and don't have time to do all those things.I keep calling paytm customer care and they simply say sorry.I need to escalate this to higher officials in paytm.Please update me any such contact with you or else let me know the possibilities to file case againt paytm.
