Paytm — Ordered Fastrack Watch more than 3 weeks back but not got delivery yet.

Order Number[protected] Email received from Paytm on 2nd April that order is delivered to you. I immediately wrote back mentioning I have not yet received the order. Since than every time new customer executive writes a mail asking for 48 to72 hrs to solve the issue. I even requested for refund but no positive response. Today again I got mail from Paytm saying delivery has been made on 2nd April and POD is attached. But, I have not received the delivery till now.
