Paytm — orders misplaced and cancelled but money did not get refund.

Dear sir, Order number[protected] and[protected]. one of the order is been cancelled by the seller but money is not refunded. the other order is misplaced when i raised request for the return, the return request is still pending. past 3 months i am mailing to paytm customer care but its not yet resolved. More than 10 times i mailed, n number of times i called but did not get a single help. when i said i will take action paytm care said take action. please help me sir
