[Resolved]  Paytm — Pathetic Service for secure transactions/poor customer care service

I have made the very first transaction(account associated with 9*****5980) to recharge on 6th april 2017(transaction pdf attached) on my number for amount 303 but PAYTM says that order id IPT[protected] is successful but i havnt received any recharge on my number. i called the operator and confirmed back on the success of the recharge. it wasnt a success at their end. Later at 11:30 pn i did the payment through debit card which was the success. it is more than 48 hrs till now the recahrge is not a success. i called operator and confirmed whether double recharge has been done on my number. They say only single recharge received on my number. I wonder where the recharge done through Paytm went.
I logged a complain twice after dialing PAYTM helpline(not a toll free no) by being online for more than 1 hr( two calls on 7th april in morning and in night as for the morning call i havnt received any complain number ) attached i the call record.

but still paytm is unable to resolve the issue which happened from their end and still blaming the operator.

to log a complain i was on line for more than 25 mins(morning, req no - Not generated) & 45 mins (evening, req no :[protected]. also asked for a call back(req no:[protected] but still there is no resolution and no call back .

for raising the complain for 303 rupees they are asking us to call us and wait for long on chargeable number.

they have reverted back the amount to my linked account after 72 hours. I dont know how they can ask the user for consent from operator without sharing the communication mail id(for Paytm). Do we need to wait for an hour every time for customer care to tell them each and every progress after raising complain. Pathetic customer service.

More over They are asking me to share the consent mail from the operator, where to share consent mail???? they reply to me on my registered mail id with "donotreply" mail id. and the number shared in the mail is not at all connecting to the operator. for the other support number i have to be on call for almost an hour.
