Paytm Payment Bank — Account blocked

From last 15 to 16 days I am trying my account to open, but paytm shown my account blocked temporarily. I replayed at [protected]@paytm.com so many times but response from executive says within 24 to 48 hours your account will be unblocked. But till now my account is unblocked. About 16500 Rs. in my wallet balance.
