Paytm — Payment deducted but product not delivered/even they not accepting my cancel request

I have ordered Skull candy headset on 13th March 2015. Also i made a payment online. Still the product not yet delivered. Customer service is very poor and not responding properly. Even i request to cancel my order and ask to re back my money. They are not responding properly. Almost it crosses 2 weeks. I need my money back. There is no customer care contact numbers in their website. But i can get that from here. But its waste of time. No use, No response. I need my money back that's it. My ORDER NO.[protected].
