Hi sir/madam . My name is Paras Sethi. I have contacted you 4 times and you haven't given me the respond towards my issue. My issue is that I paid a mobile phone bill of Rs.286, mobile number is [protected] from my account [protected]@gmail.com / [protected] . This payment Haven't been done . So I have refunded the balance to my HDFC bank account on 5th november, 2014 which haven't been done till yet . My transaction id is 9D7FB6BAA5AC85D9 .
