Paytm — Payment is done but Ordered Product Not Dispatched .

I placed an order with paytm on 25March2015 for the product Creative Inspire Speaker T6300 and the order number for same being[protected] . After I ordered the product and made the payment immediately the next-day it shown the status as Item Packet and Awaiting Dispatch Later 6days passed on and the status remained the same . I contacted paytm 2 times with regard to this and they kept repeating the same answer that, it will be shipped in 1 or 2 days Later I got more doubt and hence checked on other forums and learnt that paytm has not delivered products to many customers, So its a massive fraud affecting lot of people .
