Paytm — Payment not refunded against cancellation of bus booking | |||||
On 30/11/2015 I have booked a bus ticket by using Paytm. Money is deducted (Rs. 507 in total in which Rs. 70 from paytm wallet and Rs.437 from bank account) and order is also canceled by me immediately as it is not processing further. I asked about the issue to my bank and also that travel agency both of them told me that money is funded to paytm only So they only refund it to you. I informed paytm about it but 10 days went did not get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
