Paytm — Payment received but bill not paid

I tried to pay the cesc bill on 23rd may. amount deducted but bill not paid Order Id [protected]. they said money with bank. but bank said money with paytm. I send several mails including pdf statement but they still giving cut copy paste answer and asking for statement. I dont know what is going on? Then I paid the bill from different side. amount was rs 620.

Updated by b.s My name is bibaswa. i was paying cesc bill for my sisters. one bill paid another money was deducted but bill was not paid. i asked bank they said money is not with them. i asked paytm already given few mails and submit the bank statement but still got only cut copy reply from site. yesterday submit bank statement but still they asking for it. i dont know that they are not able to read or they need that money to run the company.amount was only rs 620.
