Paytm — Paytm account blocked temporarily

Hello sir, my paytm is account is blocked temporary, my mobile no is [protected]. May i know the reason and how can i re activate my account. I have rs 7, 000/- (Rupees seven thousand only) balance in my account which i am not able to use it..

But, till date no one has personally contact me or solved the issue and still unable to use my paytm account and my money balance rs 7000/- is of no use.
