I have recharged my ph with the rupees of 99/- order no [protected], amount is successfully from my bank side but didn't get recharge. while i call to customer care to raise complaint but it is not responding. so give my money back or recharge immediately do this which ever is possible. do this problem to solve immediately Was this information helpful? |
Call to Consumer Forum and they will Guide You.
Also They will advised you to file Complaint with Central Govt. On "pgportal.gov.in" and only then PAyTm will take action.
