I have placed a request for my Paytm box replacement. After a week agent comes to take the not working box for replacement and after that their support executives are always saying that the other paytm box will be delivered in 3-4 days.
The process is so tiring.
First they didn't respond in time even the Customer helpline no. Don't pick calls there's only 3-4% chance in 100 calls they're going to pick up the call
And when they do they're always giving excuses
