I have placed an order for the Samsung Mobile Note 3 Neo on 5th of June 2015. I received the material after a long delay in delivery i.e. I received on 20th June 2015 after giving a lot of reminders to the courier company and paytm both. They keep giving me false commitments for the delivery but somehow they managed to deliver the material on 20th June.
On 23rd June 2015 I gave a request for the replacement of the material as the material I received was not correct in colour as per my requirement. On 25th June i received a mail from Gaurav stating that he is sorry for the wrong material delivered and he asked me to send the pics of the packing and also of the material on which I replied him on 27th with all the pictures.
Again on 29th someone named Abhishek sent me a mail stating that they can give me a compensation of Rs 500/- for the wrong material delivery on which I didnt agreed and asked to replace the material as soon as possible.
Again on 3rd of July and 5th July I gave the reminder to replace my material or else refund my money back.
Again i send one more reminder on 8th July 2015 as nobody was responding me from your company.
Then on 9th of July i received a mail from Anshu Mishra stating that my return policy is over which was done intentionally by you all.
Again i received one more mail from Nistha stating that she had raised my complaint to the concerned team and they will solve my problem within 72 hrs.
But 8 days have been passed and till date i have not received any kind of response from them
On total I Understood that Paytm cheats people by sending them the wrong or damaged material and on replying or asking for the replacement they will stop replying to the customers till the return policy date will get over and after that they will replied once and again they will become vanished so that the customers gets fed up and stop replying.
