Paytm — Paytm doesnt refunded my money against faulty item .

Hello Sir, I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo (Black) Date: 24 march 2015 Seller: Waves telecoms Qty -1 Rs.[protected]casback in paytm wallet ) Remaining refund 15975 Rs. But i received faulty product with seal broken (images attached ) and placed request for return, after reverse pick up done on 31st march still there is no confirmation about my cash back from PAYTM . As i paid to paytm from my credit card and my due date is 9 April so Paytm has to refund my money as per their policy to return within 7 days stated in there website. And seller's number is also fraud in this case (Invoice attached )
