[Resolved] Paytm — paytm doublemint cashback of rs. 10 not received | |||||
I have purchased a doublemint which has an offer of rs. 10 cashback in paytm. I have text the code imprinted in doublemint cover to [protected] on 27th sept, 2019. Within few minutes i have received a paytm cashback code of rs. 10 and applied it on https://paytm.com/redeem-coupon-code/doublemint after loging to paytm with my registered mobile number. The cashback was supposed to be credited within 24 hours. As the cashback was not received in stipulated time, i have raised a ticket to paytm vide reference no.[protected] providing the screenshot of the paytm cashback code message. The support executive is inefficient to understand the problem. They are addressing me with some other name, don't know from where they got my name as "gaurav", everytime they are insisting to provide me an order number. I have already clarified them with all the details and i have expected that they would understand the concern here. But still they are stick to an order id to be provided. I have logged into paytm and entered the paytm cashback code in the https://paytm.com/redeem-coupon-code/doublemint. I don't know where from do i need to retrieve the order id for applying the code.
