PayTM is very fraud company, it gives attractive offers but does multiple frauds.
They have blocked my PayTM account without informing me.
When I have complaint for the same then they told me that they received alert from the back for some fraud by me.
When I asked for details they are not giving the correct details and the issue is now more than two months old.
There was more than 1700/- in my wallet what they have blocked.
When I write mails they reply that please give us 48-72 hours and after that also they does not send any update.
Today they are sending me a mail that there was a fraud on 2nd Nov in a 249/- recharge that I have done through my Credit card.
And they are asking for credit card statement.
I have discontinued with that credit card in November itself because of fraud transaction from Credit card company.
Now at this point of time I am unable to provide the statement.
Even I have told them to block only 249/- that have the issue and release the rest amount but they are not doing.
Could any one please inform me how and where to complaint for the same.
Should I go and register an FIR or go to consumer forum?
