yesterday i waited at marathahalli for bus from 9 to 12pm (the bus has come by 10pm),
later i gone to madiwala for enquire as i cant find any contact number or customer care number anywhere.
by 1.30AM i came to know that the bus has been cancelled a week ago still i was not intimated.
Thing is, i have mailed paytm about contact details day before yesterday i just got an auto generated email and there is no further communication..
On the whole my weekend and family reunion got ruined by paytm
they don't care and i never trust again.
Still i dont have any customer contact number for both paytm or the SLS travels. I dont know where to enquire for my cancellation charges. Was this information helpful? |
