Paytm — Paytm is very bad website i will not order any thing from paytm this is worst exp

I have ordered an item in paytm on May 5th with order number[protected] and i have paid the amount of 699 INR. At the time of payment they have indicated estimated delivery date as May 11th. However, i have not recieved the product so on May 12th i mailed to customer care asking the status.I got reply saying that shipment of product will be done in 1-2 dys and after that i will recieve mail or message
