Paytm — Paytm not giving access to my account

I have a Paytm account registered on my email id [protected]@ymail.com & use to do transactions regularly through my account. But now whenever I try to access my account they ask for OTP which is sent to mobile no. not owned by me. I have written multiple times to paytm email id [protected]@paytm.com requesting them to change my contact no so that I can access my account since I already have Rs.2250 stuck in my paytm wallet. I have also sent them my credit card statement showing transactions done by me. But yet I have not received any revert from them on the issue. Kindly, help me in atleast getting my amount of Rs.2250 back in my account Thanks Abhineet

Till now I have not received any revert from paytm. Please note my current mobile no. Is [protected] and my email address is [protected]@ymail.com.
I am still waiting for reply from Paytm office
