Paytm — Paytm not refunded amount of failed transaction

Address:Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, 250002

I paid a electricity bill of rs 7238 which after sometime got failed but the amount was deducted from account and due to it paytm added amount in wallet instead of bank account from where money deducted. when I clicked on transfer to bank money was deducted from wallet but still I didn't got in my bank account. The transaction was done on 18 may 2016. After lot of tries paytm still not giving any satisfactory answer.
