Paytm — Paytm not refunding my money

I have done a transaction of Rs. 650 This are details of transaction (Paytm Order #[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-05-29 10:04:23 PM)
this is my ticket no. that is generated by paytm team[protected] with reference to parent ticket 02828267 .

But i havn't received any refund from paytm.

please look in this matter as soon as possible
