Paytm — Paytm not respond properly

There was an offer and for that i ordered a bag. They delivered me some local made bag. I talked them and they assured that they will send a courier boy and he will pick up that. After the day passed, I called again. They are saying that i have to send the bag to them. Next day I called... And they gave me a 48 hours that they will send the boy on this day. Now they are asking me to wait till 5-7 working days... They are just extending the date... What should i do???
