Paytm — Paytm Not responding emails and blocked from facebook page

Paytm have blocked me from fb PAge without any proper reason also I have sent email to [protected]@paytm.com for my order details but they are not replying my email. Looks like their support team is VERY BAD. Or the company loosing the FAITH
