Hi, I have not taken/enabled PayTM postpaid services. Even though, it seems a loan is issued to me by ABFL (A/c# PAYTMPPABFL[protected]). I am trying to connect on PAYTM customer care/24*7 helpline bot, raised request but no answer so far.
This is impacting my CIBIL score and having impact on other product requests.
Request you to please get this resolved at the earliest.
