I bought Casio CTK 7300in piano from Paytm on 04-OCT-2018 Sold by
TOY STATION, Karnataka. the amount 19, 999
I received used and damaged product with a nonworking condition. I applied for return and the same request approved on 9th.

But till now I am waiting for Return pickup. EVERY DAY I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE[protected] BUT NO RESPONSE.

I worried about my money. your service has given me mental tension.

I never face this type of negligence from any other e-commerce site. They give good value to their customers.

You are the people never know how to deal with customers.

And Today paytm rejected my Return request... for paytm negligency ..
