[Resolved]  Paytm — pending refund money

I have complain against sport shoe . I have return the product (product id:[protected]. Which I ordered online through PayTM. And informed the organisation to return my money on dated 24/8/2014. It has been 8 days & i m not getting any response from them.The courier details are their through which i return product paytm courier partner. So at present neither i get product nor money. kindly help me in this regards. All need details are given below.
