[Resolved]  Paytm — Perfume

I ordred perfume of worth 2500 on 12th june. But its been more than 17 days and i have not recieved product yet. There is no option to cancel and tracking link is not working. I have escalated the issue more than two times but no response from them. Customer care are also not able to answer.

Moreover that, now on my account its showing that product has been delivered. On tracking its showing that product was shipped from "sweden" and delivered at "kakinada karnatka"

On account, no tracking number. Their customer care provided rd[protected]se which stating pruduct shipped from sweden and delivered in kakinada karnataka which is to be delivered at jaipur rajasthan

They still saying it will take another 10 days. Who will compensate my time and panic. I need appropriate compensation and product.

PayTm do not have any such informatiom. H said my payment got declined but i din get any message from Bank. He was talking in arrogant manner. How can i rate it. If they resolved my problem without solvinf it. How can i give 3 CVV number of my Debit card. He simply said either give CVV number else he would marked it resolved . I got call from [protected]
I got call in this morning from[protected].This guy simply asked my CVV number and threaten me to mark the issue resolved if i do not provide him the CVV number. Earlier i lodged complaint against PayTm for my undelivered product.
Instead of solving the issue he was creating new one!! Dear team, could you please explain the need of CVV number to cancel and refund the money.
