Paytm — Problem for payment

I pay my cesc bill on 11.04.2015 through cesc website paytm getway rs. 150
Merchant reference number [protected].
Bank reference number [protected]
But still now cesc not update my payment status of bill. And refuse to receive money, and also not credited the money to my bank.
Cesc bill payment not updated but my account is debited susch amount.
