Paytm — Problem with using promotion guideline and horrible customer care response | |||||
Cannot rely on paytm promotions and the customer care. Horrible experience. Date of order - 25 may '16 2:15 pm Order id - [protected] Description: I used a promotion from paytm to place an order on. The code was "home50nextbuy" and as per the terms and conditions of this promo a 50% cashback code for the next order will be mailed to qualifying users on 2nd june’2016. I qualified for this cashback and got an email. As per the steps on the email i was suppose to place a new order and apply the code locked to my userid. But the code never worked. I was continuously writing emails to paytm customer care and following up to get exact code but none of the response help resolve the issue. I was clearly stating that the last day is 15th june and please help with details so that i can avail the offer. But they only tried to buy time never responded to close the issue. On one response they will buy time for next 2 days and suddenly close the email with a very absurd and non-conclusive answer. I requested to give me a call on mobile for providing clarification as well, but even then there was no response from them. Each time i have stressed that the last day is 15th june. But still they delayed. They are still cheating. I have dropped over 10-15 mails and they are not taking any ownership. Not even attempting to help. It a clear case of fraud. The give a promo and then they themselves do not abide to the guidelines. I have all the emails communication with them Was this information helpful? | |||||
