I have ordered WD My Passport Ultra 1TB Portable External Hard Drive on April 1st 2015 and Order ID :[protected]
I received the hard disk on 7th April. When I connect the hard disk to my laptop to test it, it is making continuous sound (like small motor). Actually, it should not make any sound. I have contacted WD support team for technical assistance. As per WD customer care, If the hard disk is not working fine\Damaged, then we will get this kind of sound.
So, I would like to return this hard disk. I don't want use this damaged hard disk.
In order to say this complaint to Paytm, I have send 4 mails as of now. But there is NO RESPONSE.
I Tried dialling paytm customer care number +91 [protected], but no one is attending the call. It says always busy\it is trying to connect customer care representative.I have tried around 10 to 15 times from last 2 days. BUT NO LUCK.
I have tried toll free number also, but there is NO RESPONSE.
