Paytm — Product failure

Dear sir,

I have purchased sandisk 32gb memory card on 19/04/2016 but i m unable to transfer my data into that. I called sandisk customer care for the related issue but i have been given answer as the product purchased is duplicate. So this type of serious regarding duplicate selling of product loses the customer faith on paytm.
