Paytm — Product i.e. iphone not received an empty package with only air piece and catalogues received

I had ordered iPhone 6s plus 16gb silver from paytm. I was out of town and my father had received the package and signed the courier receipt without checking inside the box. However on opening the box on my arrival iphone was not there with only earpiece and catalogue inside it Paytm customer care is not receiving my call [protected]@gmail.com
