Paytm — product is not same as described.

i ordered assembled product .but i found damaged and non assembled product.i complaint in paytm care.and said to me, to send snaps and some detail of product, i have been sent snaps and detail of product.but tan days gone .but even now i did not get any responce .and i have been sent many mails for responce. but nothing result. order no.[protected]. ticket id[protected].
