Paytm — Product not delivered but its showing as delivered

With respect to order number[protected], Still i havent received the product, (and am in no more need of these products) but in my orders section its showing as delivered, hence i request you to investigate on this ASAP, and refund my amount at the earliest. Call me immediately at [protected] for any clarification. Am mailing and contacting paytm team from past 10 days but no proper response. Feeling worst on PAYTM.
