Paytm — Product not delivered but paytm said delivered.

Hi, This is Manjunath. i Am account holder of paytm.I ordered i denim of Amount Rs.572 on 1st November, 2015 order no. of [protected].after few days later the stastus shows that product delivered.I haven't received the product. I raise the complaint on paytm against this.And also raise the ticket no.[protected]. But paytm said that they delivered the product Pradeep sinha. And he sign any duplicate sign of anything.Still i am replying that mail to please cross check i haven't received the product.Still they are not replying. It almost 15 days over. please help me.
