Paytm — Product not delivered! | |||||
I have ordered Matki Pressure Cooker - 5.5 Litre order no. [protected] on Sunday, September 06, 2015 and I have not got the delivery of the product yet. I have many times talked to Paytm customer care centre but they are not taking any action. Paytm is trying to do fraud me, just see the POD attached by you name and address in that POD does not match with mine details mentioned in the attached Invoice of the same order. My Product is delivered to someone else and paytm is saying that they have delivered the product to me. When I entered the AWB no. mentioned in the Invoice on Ecom website it also shows that product is delivered to someone else. I am in great mental tension and Paytm have to deliver my product and have to pay COMPENSATION for the mental tension I suffered because of your Fraud or else I am going to file case in Civil Court and Consumer Court soon Enclosed :- (1) Paytm Invoice (My Name, Address & Ecom (Courier Service) AWB No.) (2) Screenshot of Proof of Delivery Provided by Paytm (Wrong name & Address are clearly visible, not matching with my details) (3) Screenshot of Ecom Website (When AWB No. in my invoice is entered on ecom Website, not matching with my details in invoice) Was this information helpful? | |||||
