[Resolved] Paytm — Product not delivered n also not refund money. After email n so many calls. | |||||
I had placed a order of tool kit. I did not got my product. N i got message that my order has been dilivered. I m sory to say that you people are not realy dealing in a right way to yout customer. I did not got my product. I want my product or pls refund my money. Once i have posted about paytm i had got so many fake calls by fake people. I dont dam care about it. I just want my money or pls placed the order. I will realy not be quite till i got my order or my money. It's happened with me too. I got my order partial of 3 items where one is pending but still there no refund and nothing is initiated after lots of call and there no any option to call customer care direct. They are giving lots of number and no one will reach as per customer expectation. I am paytm customer from last 4-5 years but this happens first time. I never expected it from paytm.
