[Resolved]  Paytm — product not shipped. 10 days had passed from order date.

I have placed order for phone cover on 9th of October from the same day it is showing the same status that product is packed and awaiting dispatch and showing that it will be delivered by 13th of October. I have called may times to paytm customer care they don't attended it, and sent mails to but no satisfying reply received some of them say that it will be shipped today or the other says it will take 3-4 days to be shipped. Even after the last reply from paytm 4 days has been passed. My order no is[protected].
