Paytm — Ragarding complaint no- [protected]

This is regarding the order which i tried to make payment through paytm for the book aiims vol-1 by asish gupta through Zigmakart.com The page crashed in between and payment was unsucessful.However the money was deducted from my paytm wallet .Details are given below Zigmakart Order #713 (http://paytm.zendesk.com/requests/713) Paytm Cash Txn ID 5AE2CCAC688DE641 Money is deducted from my account but the payment was failure and also it is not reflected in my zigmakart account. Please do the needful. The merchant confirmed that there is no payment madde to them.Also the order Zigmakart Order #713 (http://paytm.zendesk.com/requests/713)Paytm Cash Txn ID 5AE2CCAC688DE641 doesnt even exist in their system Paytm is either cheating people or your payment mechanism is poor or failure.I will never make any other payment through your site.Moreover there is no number to which I can call them
