I am trying to get in touch with paytm since last three days and sent so many request to get in touch with me but no response.
I bought iPad mini retina display 128 gb (silver color) order no:[protected], but I received space grey color and that too when i opened the sealed box and configure and registered it with my id and when i took it out from the plastic cover i was shocked to see that has a dent on back side i dint think of it as the box packing was absolutely ok. (Enclosing pictures of the product and packaging)
I wrote a request and asked for replacement and not refund of money and for the same i need to have a clarity whether paytm or seller have it in stock or not other wise let me know about any other model available, but suprisingly no revert.
And yesterday i.e. On 15th someone came to my house for taking back ipad for processing refund without bothering to even inform or giving me a call assuming that i am available on that address 24x7, how unprofessional!!!
And same day I received a message that i denied my refund request!! How the hell am I supposed to convey to that guy to give me call before arranging a pickup,
on top of that i am not even sure if i return my product for how long do i need to follow up for my refund or replacement, when i have no contact number of paytm which is working i tried many numbers available on internet but to my surprise none is getting connected to paytm executive. This is the scenario when i want to know just the availability of the second peice of the ipad with same configuration i ordered.!
Only i can imagine if i give this product back for how long do i need to chase paytm guys for my money or replacement!
Please understand my situation and process my case on a level where in I can speak with your executive and get a clear pictures in respect to the resolution of my case.
