Paytm — received wrong product and customer care not recieve call after 60 min waiting many times.

Dear sir, I purchased 32 gb strontium nitro 466x memorycard which order no. is #[protected]. But they sent me a simple 32 gb card. And i tried many times to call on paytm but after waitng 60-60 minutes no body received my call and my 200 rs balance got finish. Plzz help me to get right product from paytm. I am sending you the photos of the product i ordered and recieved.
